Market Banner and Business Cards Arrive

The delivery of the market banner and the business cards for the village market is making all of this a lot more real and exciting. As each person gets one of the new business cards it is an opportunity for me to share the mission and goals of both the village market and the community garden and to offer the benefits of having your own rain barrel. It is instilling even a great pride in this community for me as I meet new people from both in town and out of town who want to share their input... especially about what food and goods they would like to see in the market and what varieties we should plant in the garden. My sincerest hope is that this is going to be a successful project for every member of this community and build strength in New Douglas - the village and the township.
