Planting a Garden in the Mud

Thank you to Linda Duckworth for helping me plant the tomatoes in the mud bog this week. The mud was creative enough that it sucked your boots into it and of course, I needed a mud bath so fell in the mud at one point. It didn't help but it apparently gave someone a good laugh as they honked and waved from Main St.

We currently have cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, brussel sprouts, eggplant, marigolds, and two different varieties of green beans and one yellow wax bean, several varieties of squash, watermelon, cantaloupe, and small pie pumpkins. The rest are just going to have to wait for a bit of drying but the peppers are calling my name after the rains end this next week. Watch our garden grow
